DMCA Notice

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users, partners, and advertisers to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, used, or made available on our website or services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following information (as required under 17 U.S.C. §512):

  • 1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  • 3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it.
  • 4. Your contact details, including full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • 5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • 6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed (or access disabled) as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in writing to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:

  • 1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  • 2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • 4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • 5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Cyprus, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate, without notice, the accounts of users or partners who are determined to be repeat infringers.
