● Place ads in misleading contexts (e.g., hidden placements, forced clicks).
● Use incentivized traffic unless explicitly approved by the Company.
● Promote illegal, harmful, or restricted content (including but not limited to: violence, hate speech, child exploitation, counterfeit goods, gambling in restricted jurisdictions, or adult content where prohibited by law).
3. Advertiser-Specific Restrictions
Advertisers must not:
● Submit creatives, landing pages, or offers containing misleading, false, or harmful information.
● Promote products or services that violate local or international law.
● Deliver malware, spyware, or any harmful code through ads.
● Misuse tracking technologies in violation of data protection rules.
4. Compliance & Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
● Investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
● Suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
● Withhold payments in cases of fraudulent activity or breach of this Policy.
● Report illegal activities to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
